Hello my dear friends, followers, fans, etc.!
I have been gone for a while, but I'm back! Have you missed me? This year I will continue my journey through the wild sea of emotions. I will share personal stories, theories, movies, commercials and everything I feel emotional about. I hope you guys will stick around to read and sail along with me.
Emotions
We will take a tour together through the world of emotions. Together we are going to take a look at those lying bastards in our lives and learn from them. I am going to show you how to catch them in the act and even outsmart them. So stick around and check in every now and again to catch up with me and my work.

Emotions and handwriting
Our emotions
and feelings are reflected in all of our actions, also in our handwriting. The problem
is that we have learned how to hide our true feelings, feelings that are shown
in our body and face, but not in our handwriting.
In the
act of writing, we make many spontaneous movements. These movements are
recorded on paper and can reflect our emotions. This recorded movement is like
an open window, a window we can look through to see your emotions. And even see
what kind of personality you have.
Emotions
in handwriting is genuine, it cannot be falsified!
For
example handwriting and anxiety: if you write while you are feeling nervous
(perhaps during a test), your feelings will show in your handwriting. You will
be able to see the trembling in the strokes of certain letters. All of our
emotions will show up on paper! So be careful in what state of mind you are
when you’re writing!
The highly sensitive person
Highly sensitive person or HSP are easily overwhelmed by stimuli, get stressed by loud noises and strong smells, are extremely perceptive, have rich and often intense internal lives, and need plenty of quiet and down time to maintain their balance. All of your emotions are more intense and you notice subtle changes in your invironment, picking up on other people’s emotions is one of the traits as well .
The research is new and not recognized by a lot of people, there are tests you can do to see if you’re highly sensitive. Elaine Aron is leading in the research at the moment, she is an HSP herself. Below a video of Elaine Aron explaining what HSP is. You should check out her website: www.hsperson.com. Are you Highly Sensitive?
Movies that make me cry
I always
tell people, I laugh really fast but I cry fast to. And I do not lie when I say
that, I don’t need a lot to start crying. When it comes to movies I really don’t
need much, just the sad ending will get my tears flowing over my cheeks. People
always laugh at me when I go to the movies, one minute I am laughing and the
next I’m crying.
One of
my favorite movies is the Green Mile, a guaranteed cry for me. What about you?
What movies make you cry?
And in
case you need to cry, here is the ending to the Green Mile, and some other
scenes from sad movies. Grab some tissues!
Emotions and music
Whenever
I’m stressed, angry, sad or happy I listen to music. Music has always been
there in my life, I wake up with it and I go to sleep with it. When I’m
studying for a test I need music to concentrate, even when I make the test I have
music in my head. While I’m writing this, Mumford and suns is playing in my
ears. I need it to function almost. There are nights where I cannot sleep without
music, no matter what time it is, even when it is five in the morning, I need
to listen to my music. Even if it is just one song.
Music
influences your emotions and they can calm you down when you are stressed. I know
it helps me every time, it can be an emotional outlet to make music or scream
along with your favorite band. Going to a festival, meeting new people, music
is there to connect us, to help us.
For everyone
of you I created a list with my favorite bands and solo artists:

Etc…
I can go
on and on with this list. This is just a short indication of my taste actually,
what I am interested in is: What are your favorite bands or artists? What do
you listen to when you’re in need of emotional release? Let me know in the
comment section, you can listen to one of my favorites while you do it:
Dogs can improve your state of mind
A UK
study reveals that owning a dog is good for your health. And having a pet dog
improves your physical and mental wellbeing more than having a cat. This is the
conclusion of a study by a senior lecturer, Dr. Deborah Wells, from the Canine
Behavior Centre of Queens University, Belfast in Northern Ireland.
But she
is not the only one who came to this conclusion. You may have seen this guy on
National Geographic or just heard of him, Cesar Millan. Better known as the dog
whisperer he goes across the world to help people understand their dogs and
help them with their problems.
Cesar
lives by a couple simple rules when it comes to dogs:
- Exercise
- Discipline
- Affection
Always
treat your dog in that order and you should be fine. When you enter the room or
meet a new dog you have some basic rules to:
- No touch
- No talk
- No eye-contact
Dogs can
feel our energy, our state of mind. So, basically our emotions have an effect
on the way our dogs treat us. When you get angry at your dog, but you don't act
upon it, he will still feel your energy. Cesar learns us that the way we feel
effect our dogs, so in order to address our problems we must look at our own
emotions. When we sort them out our dogs will notice the change in energy and
will act upon that energy. Well, what is the energy I should have? A calm and
assertive state of mind is the perfect way to be a balanced pack leader for
your dog. It gives you rest and your dog is happier. A win win situation!

60 second movie
This is my 60 second movie. It is about Jacky, my beloved dog I lost recently. She got sick and we had to put her down. We all still miss her and this is a very emotional time for me. It still hurts when I think of her, I love her. That is why she deserves to have the lead in my video. I hope you like what I made for her. Enjoy!
